Founded in the early Republic of China, "Zhoushengjl" has a history of about 100 years. It mainly deals in all kinds of special wonton, special pot- stewed fowl, snacks and other products. Among them, the big wonton with fresh meat filling has the characteristics of thin and smooth skin, full flling, white and delicate, juicy entrance, long and fresh aftertaste. Marinated chicken claw is known as "the first claw in Jiangnan" for its delicious taste, bright red color, fresh and tender meat, smooth but not greasy.

In 2006, it was awarded the title of "famous business in Zhejiang Province" by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Zhejiang Province, and won the gold medal of China International Agricultural Exposition products and the title of national green catering enterprise for many times. In 2008, Zhoushengji's wonton handicraft was listed as the second batch of intangible cultural heritage list of Huzhou City. In 2010, it was awarded the title of "China Time-honored Brand" by the Ministry of Commerce of the people's Republic of China, the municipal famous brand of 2010 by the People's Government of Huzhou, and the provincial famous brand enterprise of 2010 by the people's Government of Zhejiang Province.
